“Rest bed and breakfast all good”
The hotel is in a convenient spot, close to the city centre and the metro, which makes getting around Istanbul easy. However, there were a few problems during my stay. The breakfast fell short of my expectations, especially when compared to a previous stay at a hotel in the neighbouring building where the breakfast was much better. The air conditioning in the room was very slow and didn't cool the room efficiently. The biggest disappointment was the bed: I booked a double bed, but it appeared that two single beds had been joined together with a mattress on top. The gap between the two beds made sleeping very uncomfortable, and I even felt like I could fall into the gap during the night, which also caused back discomfort. A proper, comfortable double bed is essential for a good night’s sleep, and I strongly recommend that the hotel improve this. Aside from these issues, everything else was fine. The uncomfortable bed, however, significantly affected my overall experience and is the main reason for my lower rating.
