It’s a nice property, yet at night around the dumpsters near the Moxies parking lot, there are ALOT OF RATS climbing in and out, and they even wander into the parking lot among the cars.

The rooms are spacious and the breakfast was good, but the hotel shared photos of a nearby wellness center and I was misled into thinking the hotel itself had that atmospheric outdoor space; we even went there, only to find a small, cramped pool next to a parking lot.
