“Gerne wieder”
The location, value for money, and breakfast were all excellent.
The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated, and there were no complaints.
Everything was absolutely in order.
“多年来很不愉快的一次入住！”
There was nothing positive at all. I booked two nights online, but when I arrived the room had no table—just a thin board that barely held a cup, making it hard to work on my laptop. I mentioned this to the front desk, but they were rude and couldn't fix it. I also found a delivery truck outside the window, and the refrigeration unit made a loud noise even with the window closed. I changed my booking from one night to two nights and contacted the booking platform, but the hotel said that once cash was paid, no refund was possible. The front desk staff remained firm and refused to refund, so I now have to resolve it through the booking platform.
“Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis”
Breakfast was very good and plentiful, but the carpet in the room was not very nice and the rain shower needed a replacement.
