It was like time travel in end of 80 or beginning of 90. Real keys. Stuff excellent. Cleanness excellent. Breakfast more than decent. "Signore" in breakfast room excellent, old fashion gentlemen with smile. Make your morning warm and positive. He makes best coffee for sure. Parking well organized. Location of hotel perfect. Smokers have covered and comfortable place for smoking. I have no complaints. If you don't looking for glamour and fancy place, you will find excellent place for your stay. Clean and well organized place. Excellent location. Very good breakfast for all requests

The location is great, but the bathroom is a bit small, which is acceptable for a single night.

The hotel sits in a very central spot, but the property feels a bit dated, especially the dark, noisy elevator. The arrival staff were not particularly welcoming and didn’t help with our luggage as one would expect from a three‑star hotel. The concierge seemed annoyed that we were locals and didn’t have to pay tourist fees. We stayed five nights in a triple room with a balcony that was clean and offered a nice view. A second concierge, wearing glasses and with shaved hair, was friendly and smiled every time he greeted us upon arrival or departure. We arrived at the same time as a young couple with no luggage looking for a room. The concierge seemed to know the lady well—perhaps a regular—and told her to wait her turn. She appeared rushed to reach her room with her boyfriend, kissing and embracing him passionately, which was a bit embarrassing for both me and my elderly mother. As noted earlier, staff entered my room even though a “do not disturb” sign was displayed, which greatly bothered me and led one of my friends to leave the property altogether. I will definitely not return; there’s a hotel across the street with slightly higher prices but a more updated accommodation.

The central location is great, but the carpet is old and the room smells unpleasant.
