We received a different apartment because the one we had booked was double‑booked; the host handled it well, arranged airport pick‑up, gave us a meal pack before breakfast, the reception was staffed 24/7, and tea and coconut water were served on every floor.

I really liked the location—nice restaurants just steps away, a grocery market nearby, solid internet, and a great place to stay. The water shuts off from 11:00 to 4:00, but that’s manageable if you plan ahead, and plenty of fresh drinking water is supplied.
