How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
We were really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but it was a bit of a struggle when we realized there was no soap and shampoo provided. It's not like we were expecting a five-star hotel, but a little bit of basic toiletries would've been nice. And to make matters worse, we had to deal with the hassle of not having any soap and shampoo when we were already tired from traveling.

The entrance was a mess - the path was uneven and had potholes, which made it a real pain to navigate. And when we got to our room, it was a total disaster - it was tiny and covered in dust, which was a far cry from the pictures online. Needless to say, we were pretty disappointed with the whole experience.

The hotel's location was great, but unfortunately, the water heater wasn't working, which made for a pretty uncomfortable stay. The bed was also pretty worn out and needed to be replaced. For a place that's supposed to be decent, it was a bit of a letdown.
