I liked the air‑conditioning, but when we arrived the staff pretended we had no booking, then demanded extra payment even though I had already paid through a booking system; I laughed at first but they were serious, and after complaining they still wouldn’t give us the key without additional money, so I eventually paid because it was already late. The room wasn’t very clean, though the air‑conditioning and bed were acceptable.
