How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were friendly and very helpful, but when I was away on holiday they opened the windows wide to let in fresh air, only to find them locked; I asked for them to be opened but was denied. The air conditioning was on all the time, which was terrible for me, but otherwise it was okay.

I liked the location of the property, but the hotel clearly needs serious remodeling. My room smelled like roach spray and I even saw one dead rat in the hallway.

The location was good, though next to a bar with loud live music that played late into the night. The same issue with the windows and air conditioning applies.
