The service and warmth from the front desk were excellent, helping me resolve issues unrelated to the hotel and making a difficult time easier for me. Beds could be a bit more comfortable.

Everything was wonderful except the breakfast, which was the same meal every day; it was delicious, but I’d suggest changing the menu from time to time.

The place was clean and tidy; the rooms were basic but comfortable and clean, providing everything needed except a fridge. The location was a bit far from the action, but there were good tram and bus connections, and the staff were very helpful in telling you which routes to take.

I booked quickly and the room was spotless. I didn't find anything I disliked about the Ibis; I've never been disappointed before.
