In the heart of downtown, within walking distance of all tasting rooms, restaurants and shops, modern yet still with an old‑town vibe; the rooftop bar was the highlight at sunset. No room service.

Perfect location, beautiful room and incredible staff. Isiah really stood out! He gave us the history of the hotel and the town. We had a pie that we were bringing to family the following day and he put the pie in the fridge in our room! We received two glasses of wine, a $50.00 meal credit and breakfast the next morning. There was a champagne vending machine in the lobby! What more could you want?

The spot is spot on and the building looks great. But the facilities feel thin: no front desk after 6 pm, no bellhop for bags, no room service, just a single valet spot. The ice machine is stuck on one floor and usually locked.

The room was quiet and roomy. The glass fridge door bounced light onto the mirror, making the night too bright, so we had to cover it with towels. The coffee at breakfast was lukewarm.

The place was clean, bright, and the bed comfy. Breakfast was good, there was turndown service, and staff were around 24 hours. Yet the desk staff never tried to meet our requests; when we asked for a non‑courtyard room, they just said we were already assigned one and didn’t look for alternatives.
