The staff were very friendly, everything was very clean, and the location is very central. The beds, however, are not very comfortable.
The location and the cleanliness of the room were great, but the mattress was quite hard.

The location is the best—everything is super close, a half‑block away is an Oxxo, two blocks is the church, and public transport is a few meters away; the beds aren’t comfortable, they do their job but could be better, and there’s no cold water, only lukewarm.
“Hotel Transylvania”
The staff were attentive, but the room was very neglected, the bathroom door didn’t close, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, and overall maintenance was lacking with paint and other issues.

The location was good and the place was clean, yet there was a lot of noise and the online price didn’t match the on‑site price; they explained it was because the price increases when using a platform.
