“Lacked cleanliness”
The stay was acceptable, but the bathroom had a lot of glass that wasn’t very clean and high areas were not dusted; the hotel was fine, yet I expected more from a 5‑star property.
The hotel is very nice and in a good spot, but the staff were always on their phones and the pool stayed dirty.

The hotel itself is lovely, with a nice beach right outside the front steps. However, the rooms were a letdown, as the thin doors made it impossible to get a good night's sleep due to all the noise from the hallway. The water temperature was also a bit of a disappointment, and the location was a bit further from the main attractions than I expected. The beds were firm, but not unbearable.

We stayed in room 11 on the 11th floor with a great sea view, yet many Russian guests around us behaved badly, the breakfast was dull, the hotel is far from Pattaya, the room service was so poor that we never tipped on this trip, we had to make our own bed after asking for a topper, which was merely placed on the bed.
