“delightful house with great outdoor space with very friendly and helpful hosts”

The house and its outdoor area were superb, with excellent ocean views. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were plenty of bedding and towels. The shower was great, and our hosts were very nice and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Shops were also close by. We liked everything.

“Una casa perfecta para pasar unos días en familia”

Everything was almost perfect: the owners were very kind and let us in a few hours early, the apartment was very clean, and they left fruit and chocolates as a nice touch. The place was well equipped overall, with sofa blankets, strong Wi‑Fi, plenty of towels, olive oil, spices, and even extra towels. The beds were comfortable with good blankets. We liked the décor, especially the wooden furniture, and the terrace offered lovely views and plants. Minor issues that didn’t matter much: the bathroom lacked a small radiator, the kitchen needed a brighter bulb, and there was no extractor—just a chimney without a fan. Nothing else comes to mind.

“Das Haus war passabel, aber es ist deutlich hinter den Möglichkeiten.”

The house’s location and view were great, there was a filter coffee machine, my double bed was comfortable, the main road was well connected, and the owners welcomed us nicely. The house was very damp, so the laundry smelled afterward; it took a very long time for the water to heat in the shower and kitchen; the table felt sticky from the moisture; my dad found the room not clean enough; a noodle strainer would be nice; the dishes weren’t properly washed, so we had to rinse everything; wooden board, wooden cutlery, and wooden parts in the kitchen gave a unhygienic impression; the chair cushions were mismatched (chairs too long, loungers too short); the outdoor lights with motion sensors need to be covered, otherwise you can’t see or sit comfortably outside at night.

“Goede uitvalsbasis om het zuiden van La Palma te verkennen, om dan op het prachtige terras tussen de mooie planten te ge”

The location was great! The motion‑sensor lamps on the terrace keep turning on and off, and the kitchen is a bit dark.

The Spanish holiday home was well maintained and fully equipped, situated nicely on the upper edge of the town. Both the living room and the two bedrooms had electric heating, so even in cooler January days we felt comfortable. We spent two very pleasant weeks there. It would be nice to have more light over the countertop and stove in the kitchen.
