The staff member who checked us in was extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed very little concern for guests. On the first day, our room was not cleaned at all. When I raised the issue with reception, I was told that the room would only be cleaned if specifically requested. This is an utterly ridiculous and unacceptable response for a hotel. Basic room cleaning should not be treated as an optional service that guests have to repeatedly chase the hotel for. Despite this, I specifically handed over the room key the following day and requested that the room be cleaned. To my complete disbelief, we returned to find that **the room had still not been cleaned**. As a result, I was forced to stay in an uncleaned room for **three consecutive days**. Not only was the room not cleaned, but none of the basic room amenities were replenished either. This demonstrates a shocking lack of basic housekeeping standards and a complete disregard for guest comfort. The management and staff clearly lack professionalism, accountability, and even the most basic understanding of hospitality. The level of service was far below what any paying guest should reasonably expect. **I strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to think twice and look elsewhere.** There are plenty of hotels where guests are treated with basic respect and where fundamental housekeeping services are actually provided. Overall, this was an **extremely disappointing, frustrating, and unacceptable stay**. I would not stay here again and certainly would not recommend this hotel to anyone

“Perfect location but if you're very particular about cleanliness, can be unpleasant”

The location is great and the staff are helpful when needed. One night the bathroom light went out, but the host fixed it quickly. Housekeeping is available if you want a clean‑up, which is nice. There aren’t many facilities, but that’s fine since the place is right in the entertainment center. It’s very close to Bui Vien, so nightlife and getting back is easy. There are plenty of food spots and convenience stores nearby. The room was spacious and the host gave me an extra blanket. The cleanliness was questionable – a cockroach appeared when I first entered the room, and other bugs popped up in the bathroom and room. The air‑conditioner took hours to cool down, which was annoying after a hot day. The bathroom light went out again, but the host handled it promptly.

The staff were pleasant, the location was good and the price fair, but the 6th floor had no elevator, the air‑conditioning ran constantly, and on the top floor—where I stayed in the only room—temperature hit 35 °C.

The place is in a great spot, everything you need is within a 30‑minute walk, and the staff were very helpful when I needed a visa print‑out for Cambodia, but the shower handle was rusted off, otherwise it’s a solid budget option.
