“OK for a one night stay.”

The room was quiet, the shower had decent water pressure, and the TV was a reasonable size, but the bed was hard, I asked for extra pillows and got a message that they were provided yet they never appeared in the room, and the room was really small.

“We only stayed one night on our way to our destination. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was great!”

Breakfast was great with a good selection of food, and the location was perfect for what we wanted, but the sheet on the bed looked like it had been slept on, was wrinkled, and was coming off the bed on one corner; there was built‑up dust behind the door in the bathroom, everything else was fine.

“Nice for the price”

The decor was nice, but the location felt farther away and the breakfast was nothing special; the juice machine wasn’t working, and I found this same issue with the Marriott. The previous location had raved about a special cappuccino machine and extra special breakfast, but that coffee machine was broken here too. If you’re going to advertise it, do you have something? I wish they would make sure it was working, and I’ve seen this on multiple visits – things don’t work.
