Gutes Essen und Zimmer Service. Alles kaputt was im Badezimmer war, Schloss im Room Zimmer kaputt, Bed klein, Rezeption wie vor 50 Jahren nur Heft und Zettel und keine Ahnung was man gebucht hat

I was really disappointed with my stay - the hotel seemed to have no record of my online booking, which was frustrating. The bathroom was pretty basic, no toothpaste or toothbrushes provided and none for sale either. The shower head was clogged, and to top it off, there was no wifi or Netflix available.
The Breakfast serving time was very delayed and cold. Breakfast time to served too late too slow and cold
Die Küche ist miserabel im Bezug auf Herstellung und Kreativität von Mahlzeiten. Frühstück - so lala, Kaffee -wie braunes Wasser, Fleischgerichte zäh und ungenießbar! Einfach langweilig! Da war ich beim Kauf an der Straße besser bedient! Trotz einiger Beschwerden meinerseits ist man mir nicht einen $ entgegen gekommen. "Drei Sterne" hat dieses Hotel nicht verdient!
