The room we were told would be AC‑equipped turned out to be non‑AC. It had no towel, no soap in the bathroom, and no light. We were given a room on the 4th floor while my wife, who was pregnant, was told not to use the upper floor. We had to look for an AC room elsewhere and were charged an extra 899 Rs.
