The lodge is charming and the breakfast is delicious. The staff were also very helpful and attentive during my stay. However, I felt the value was a bit high given the issues we encountered. The bathroom light in the chalet was burnt out, and even after we asked for a replacement it wasn’t fixed while we were there. The room lighting was also quite dim. Another major problem was the Wi‑Fi, which didn’t work at all over the weekend. I let the owner know, but no solution was offered, so I had to use almost all of my mobile data plan.

The people were friendly, the space is beautiful with trees and birds, and the food is excellent. It’s a bit pricey.

The lodge is very tasty and all the staff are very attentive. Both the breakfast and the restaurant meals are delicious, and we felt right at home. We’ll definitely return.
