Clean, comforting, and good value for money, but the location or area is not ideal, you can't sit on the rooftop after 10:30, and it closes after 11:30pm.
The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always attentive. The laundry service was incredibly fast, taking less than 3 hours right before we left, so we departed with only clean clothes. I highly recommend it. Beware of the unscrupulous tuk‑tuks that will charge 400 rupees to take you from the city centre to the hotel, even though it’s only a 10‑minute walk.
We got early check‑in, which was nice. The views from the good were good with a lake view. The scooty we rented was not in good condition, but that was manageable.
Only the location was good; the staff were kind. The rooms didn't match online pictures, the hospitality was poor, many restrictions, you could still go to the rooftop after 10:00, but you couldn't leave the hotel after midnight; there was a leak in the bathroom, no facilities, and no room service.

For the price it was basic and fair. The roof terrace offered nice views, and they arranged a taxi to the airport for us. The staff were friendly and did their best. The bathroom was a bit small, the Wi‑Fi wasn’t very strong, the roof terrace wasn’t well kept, coffee took a while, and we didn’t have breakfast, though that can also take some time. All minor issues worth noting for improvement.
