Only the location was good. The front office staff were dishonest and showed no respect for Arabs; they gave me the wrong reservation. I was booked for one big bed but received two beds side by side that hurt my back, and when I asked for what I paid they refused and told me to leave if I didn’t accept the two beds.

The location was excellent in the center and close to everything; breakfast was nice but very modest. The towel cleanliness was very bad; I reported it to reception upon arrival, they apologized and replaced the towels, but the next day the same issue persisted with non‑cotton towels, and the coffee cup was left for cleaning after use.
