How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were very kind and helpful, and the location was central between the two city areas, walkable. Because the room faced the street, even though traffic was light, there was some noise, plus internal sounds from the fridge we unplugged and possibly another fridge from the adjacent room. I would have liked another pillow since the one provided was too high for my neck, so I slept without it.

The room was in a strategic spot between Ibla Ragusa and Ragusa Superiore. Though small, it was cozy and clean. Salvatore was very helpful and kind, giving precise info on restaurants, bars, and bus lines. The breakfast was excellent; as a celiac, I received a tray with two muffins (delicious), one almond paste, and one truffle. Waking up to the view of this wonderful city was spectacular.

The welcome was great, parking on the street and our host helped us park the car; we enjoyed a beautiful view of Ragusa Ibla from a terrace where we had breakfast; the location was at the foot of the stairs leading to the historic center.

I stayed in a nicely located spot with a beautiful view, and the host was pleasant and welcoming. The room was well equipped and offered good value for money. However, the hotel has many stairs, so guests should be warned about that, and parking can be tricky.
