The location was good and the bed was comfy, plus the staff were friendly. The pool was closed, even though it was listed as open when I booked, which is why I chose that place. The A/C didn’t cool well and the pillows were awful.

There was plenty of space to sit in the lobby, nice soap, and comfortable bedding, but a window leaked. I paid for breakfast.

The bed was comfortable, but the hotel shuttle had to pick us up from the airport and then, halfway to the hotel, the walkie‑talkie stopped working and the driver was asked where he was. He said he was on his way back, but they made him turn around to pick up a couple of flight attendants. It was after midnight, we were exhausted and just wanted to get to the hotel and sleep, so it was ridiculous. Later, my boyfriend wanted some pop and ice; the wall‑mounted dispenser told us which floors the bottles were on, and the last one he checked finally worked. We complained to the manager in the morning, and she said they were replacing all of them and there should have been an out‑of‑order sign. A few days later he saw a charge of $8.74 on his card for parking. So we had to pay to stay there and also for our car.
