It was close to the mall and there were plenty of food options ranging from street food to fancy restaurants at Citos Mall, and the Bakso Malang next to the hotel was simply delicious. The bedsheet smelled a little, probably because it was monsoon season and they couldn't dry the sheets properly, and there was a strong cigarette smell in the customer desk area.

The location was great, close to the mall, breakfasts were excellent, the Wi‑Fi was good, and the staff were very friendly. However, it wasn't sparkling clean; the bathroom sink was dirty and there were long hairs on the bed and floor.

It was near a shopping centre. The bathroom was dirty, the towels were worn out, the bed sheets were of extreme poor quality, and there was no side table, fridge, electric kettle, or hair dryer. It was only suitable for a quick crash if you’re okay with old, shabby sheets. It was cheap, but still not good value for money. I would not recommend it or return, and the staff didn’t understand a word of English.
