“Enjoyed”
The breakfast offered a wide range of great options and the food quality was excellent, but the toaster was broken.

The bed was comfortable, yet the building feels old and the elevator is in poor condition.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding and our server was delightful, but the hotel should provide clearer information on food service hours in the information tab when you scan the bar code.

The stay was a complete letdown. The hotel seems to penalize guests who book through third‑party sites by adding an extra $25 per day, which feels like a fine for not booking directly. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and when I asked for a receipt for my business trip they refused, making expense reporting impossible. This level of service is unacceptable for a professional hotel, and I will not return or recommend it to anyone.
