The invoice listed a complimentary breakfast, which I found unfair and totally disappointing, especially since I booked expecting a free breakfast.
“The hotel manager took my money twice and refused to refund it. The hotel manager is dishonest. Don'”
I'm still fuming about my experience at this hotel. The manager took my money twice and refused to give me a refund, which is just dishonest. They've also failed to return my money, which is unacceptable. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
The hotel's prime location and affordable rates are definite pluses, but the ongoing renovation work is a major drawback. I was able to take advantage of the lower prices, but the constant noise and disruption made it hard to relax in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it was clear they were doing their best to accommodate guests in the midst of chaos.
“This was good stay at hotel Europa Inn”
Everything was fine overall, but that’s all I can say.
The hotel's location was pretty good, but the noise from the street was a real issue. I was surprised to find out that the hotel didn't have a 24-hour reception, which was a bit of a problem when I arrived late at night. The staff were helpful, though, and managed to get me checked in quickly. The room was small but spotless, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the hotel's flaws definitely outweighed its positives.
