“En ningún momento te avisan que es un alojamiento local AL”
The house is spotless and the facilities feel brand new. I didn’t like that there’s no front desk, everything is accessed by PIN—one for the garage, another for the room keys. If something goes wrong, the phone won’t pick up, though you can message the owner via a Whats‑App‑style chat. The stairs are the only way up, no elevator. Breakfast was on time at 9 am but the selection was thin; the coffees and cola had to be reheated in a microwave, and there was no hot milk jug for self‑service. The staff did what they could or what they were told. The location is fine for getting around to Aguadía, and we paid €94 for one room and €101 for another with breakfast included. I’ll probably look elsewhere next time, especially for a reception desk and an elevator, but that’s my own issue. Overall, it was decent.
