The location for Leolandia was good, even though it’s not 3 minutes on foot but about 10/15. The humidity was incredible and the mold in the room was unbearable, with an awful smell that made it hard to stay.

It’s 5 minutes from Leolandia. It’s terrible, absolutely avoid it. I’ve never seen a place as degraded. We fled. The room was in a state of total abandonment and unhygienic: the faux leather headboard was completely peeled and dirty. Black mold everywhere, in the shower corners, around the jacuzzi tub, on the seals and the floor. Walls were peeled, paint was flaking, and there were damp stains. The bathroom was appalling, cracked floor, dirty, with dark stains never cleaned, greasy walls with halos. The toilet seat was broken and the air conditioner had a broken wall control detached from the wall. On top of that, the smart home system didn’t work: as soon as someone left the room the lights went off and those left inside stayed in complete darkness, even though we followed the procedure in the letter. The worst part was the assistance, totally nonexistent. All evening we tried to contact the assistance number to report the light issue and the room conditions, we made 20 calls and never got a response. Unacceptable hygiene conditions, dangerous structure, and zero assistance. Real photos attached.

“Soggiorno da dimenticare”

The location for Leolandia was good. The light kept going out continuously. We made about 20 repeated calls to the number given to us and they never answered or called back. There was significant humidity and mold in the London room, so much that I had to move my kids to another room to sleep. Cleaning was poor, with a huge spiderweb over the door. The shower head was not working and the sofa bed in the kitchen was unsuitable for sleeping. If it weren’t for the fact that we arrived at the property around 21:00 with two small children, I would have left. It’s a real pity because it has a lot of potential.

“Per il prezzo pagato si può chiedere di meglio”

The proximity to Leolandia park was convenient; breakfast varied in the room; the staff were willing to accommodate a parking request; they quickly solved an issue with the opening code. The toilet seat was completely detached, making it impossible to sit; the sofa bed in the kitchen was open and unusable as a double bed due to discomfort, hard to call it a bed; the room was large but very dark, with very poor lighting.
