I couldn’t stay because the rooms were full, yet my credit card was still charged and no refund was issued. I tried the customer care numbers and app, but no solution came. The service and experience were extremely poor.
The staff were friendly and helpful, but the old building was unappealing. Luckily I was only transiting and only needed a 2‑hour rest.
