I had a confirmed reservation for two rooms for two nights through a‑a, but upon arrival the staff told me they had no record of my booking and no rooms were available, even though I showed the confirmation.

The promised booking price was not honored; the climate stank and was unusable, feathers were felt in the bed, no room service or cleaning or fresh towels, the reception was at a gas station, there were water damage and mold in the rooms, and waiting for hot water in the shower took 10 minutes.

The cleanliness, staff, late‑night accommodation option, proximity to the restaurant, and friendly people were great, but everything else was fine except the mattress that needed replacing—on the bed it was terribly soft and uncomfortable.

The shower water was warm, but the mattress was sagging with stains on the bedding, the room felt stuffy, and I had to pay an extra 67km and couldn’t get a clear answer.
