The staff and the boss were welcoming and kind, the beach and city center were nearby, and the bedding was good, yet the room lacked a second nightstand, a bathroom shelf for toiletries, and a few more kitchen utensils.
The spot in Canggu is unbeatable—just a stone’s throw from the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants, yet it stays very quiet. The pool is great for unwinding when you’re exhausted, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

“Experience that can be improved”
The location is excellent, very close to the beach, and having such a well-stocked supermarket right across the street is extremely convenient. There is also always someone at reception, and the staff were friendly whenever we spoke to them. The cleanliness and maintenance definitely need some attention. The bathroom had an almost constant leak from the toilet hose, and when our sheets were changed, some of them were torn. What concerned us the most was that we started hearing mice in the ceiling. We noticed there was a hole in the ceiling and reported it, as we were worried they could get inside, but unfortunately nothing was done about it. A few days later, we actually saw two mice running through the first and second floors, while the reception staff were there and witnessed it as well. We reported it immediately and were told they would try to do something about it, but unfortunately we did not see any action taken during our stay. Overall, the location and the 24-hour presence at reception are definitely positive points, but the property would benefit from better maintenance, cleanliness and, above all, addressing the rodent issue to improve the experience for future guests
