How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The breakfast was in a different building/hotel. It was on a nice location, with plenty of choice and variety. We had trouble with air coming from the well in the bathroom. The room was also not very spacious. The view was disappointing, even though that is something you might look for at Sun Moon Lake.

Overall comfortable, tidy, and clean; the location is close to the night market, which is convenient. The outdoor parking spots were all infested with ants, and the next day my whole car was covered in ants, which made my mood very bad.

The hotel’s location is superb, just a short walk from the pier and the shopping street, making strolling a breeze; the first‑floor bathroom was handy for a quick break while shopping, and the thoughtful bike‑rental service was great, plus I really liked the shampoo scent offered—wish I could buy it. The breakfast could have been more plentiful; the surroundings are lovely and feel like a vacation. Parking is allowed until 12:00 the next day, and if you go over that time (bike rides and lunch often push you past it), I hope a discounted parking fee is offered instead of the steep charge.
