“Mala comunicación entre el staff”
The location is great, yet the staff’s lack of communication and the delay in getting the birthday items left us disappointed.

The hotel’s location is solid, the doormen are friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. However, the bar was supposed to close at 11pm as stated on the website, so when my husband and I returned at 10.30pm after a show and wanted a nightcap, the bartender told us the bar was shutting and wouldn’t serve any more drinks. That was odd because a few tables were already holding drinks, and it was only 10.30/35pm. He then added that we could order drinks via room service, which seemed strange. Breakfast was chaotic, with a queuing system that didn’t seem to work; when we were called to our table, a waitress took a minute to guide us down the corridor, only to find another guest who apparently didn’t think they had to queue had already taken our seats. We were left near the service/kitchen area. The same lack of manners was evident around the self‑service buffet, with other guests behaving poorly and the staff appearing resigned. This was our fourth stay at the hotel, and it unfortunately doesn’t match the standard of our previous visits.

The location is good, but breakfast was pricey and there are no USB sockets in our room.

The breakfast was tasty and the Indian options were delightful, though the prices were high.

I liked the location and the architecture, but the breakfast left something to be desired.
