We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this place! The location is excellent, especially if you enjoy being close to restaurants, bars, and everything happening around you. It can get a little noisy in the evenings because of the nearby venues, but this wasn’t an issue for us. The room was clean, comfortable, and cleaned regularly during our stay. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed, and the view of the sea from the terrace was absolutely beautiful. There is also a restaurant at the guesthouse, which we really enjoyed — great food and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again! ❤️ The only minor inconvenience was parking. The surrounding streets are quite narrow and often busy with pedestrians, and there is no private parking available at the property.

The location is in the middle of the “hustle and bustle,” which is nice if that’s what you’re after. The beach is right next to you, and there are many restaurants. The front door wasn’t sound‑proof, so when the neighbors entered their room, it felt like they were walking over you. The bathroom smells very, very bad like sewage, no matter how much you use air freshener. The parking isn’t part of the property; it’s a public parking lot where you park if you have a spot, if not, you don’t.

Everything was exceptional, we highly recommend the location, it’s 50 m from the beach and next to everything that means food or nightlife, although the menu isn’t very varied, all available options are extraordinarily good, so if you want a quiet holiday without running from one beach to another and having everything within 1–2 m walk, Margarita Fresh Studios is the perfect choice. The only downside, honestly, is that the evenings are quite noisy because of the terraces and clubs in the middle.
