Good value for money, though the staircase into the hotel was a bit of a hassle.

The hotel was excellent! Mr. Pedro and Luana were very attentive, the comfort and cleanliness were impeccable, and the simple, welcoming atmosphere was charming. I wasn’t sure about arriving after 10 pm, but Mr. Pedro was so available—he said just call him if anything came up—so I felt at home.

Only the location was decent. Everything else was a disappointment: the shower was bad, the bedding terrible, the mattress warped, the lamp didn’t work, the internet was horrible, I couldn’t work in the room, the TV remote didn’t work—probably because the batteries were dead. In short, not worth it.

The hotel had a great location, was clean and organized, and the small room I chose met my needs perfectly. It had everything I needed and good soundproofing from the street noise in the center, with blackout curtains, air conditioning, and a mini‑fridge. Pedro was an excellent, very helpful receptionist! The breakfast was well served and thoughtfully detailed. I liked the dedication in serving us! No luxury, no fuss, and no annoying people. I would definitely come back! The only suggestion is a small rug in the bathroom to step on, and scrambled eggs at breakfast, which is already very good. Overall, everything was great and I will return for sure.

The spot is superbly located and currently being renovated to improve future service; I loved the facilities, the comfy beds, clean pillows, quiet rooms, and well‑maintained bathrooms. Breakfast now really stands out—delicious and served in a tidy, spacious area. Host Pedro made the biggest difference, a spectacular man who charmed guests and made us feel right at home; I highly recommend this hotel and plan to return often. Nothing disappointed us, though a shower with easier temperature control would help given São Paulo’s fluctuating weather—a simple suggestion, and with the ongoing upgrades the place will soon have even more improvements.
