How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The place is all about nature, very few guests, perfect for unwinding. The bathrooms lacked showers and there were some roaches, probably because of the many plants, so finding ants and cockroaches in the rooms is normal.

Cleanliness, staff attentiveness, and the facilities were great. The only downside is the distance to the city center.

The location is peaceful. The garden around the pools is gorgeous, with iguanas, little monkeys that come close, a variety of palms, and a lot of tranquility. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast is plentiful, with a menu à la carte, delicious tapiocas, plenty of fruit, and a wide variety. We recommend it! We went as a family and the little one loved the pool (the children's pool is about 80 cm tall) and the animals and flowers. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very good, super quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend it. It’s a bit far from the center, but worth it. Good service and the breakfast is great.
