The only helpful person on the day shift was a sweet lady who actually got everything in the room working correctly, but the night staff were lazy and dishonest, flirting with guests and throwing loud parties in the back parking lot. Hallways smelled of cigarettes, weed, and mold, the AC was faulty and windows leaked, and the overall environment felt unsafe at night with constant banging and music. There was no pool access.

The room had space, but the bed made a loud noise and was uncomfortable. The sheets were dirty with many stains, the bedspread was covered in dog hair and short black fur, and I couldn't sleep there because it was disgusting.
