It’s very well located, the service is excellent, everything is very clean and comfortable, but it’s a discreet, relaxing spot that’s well positioned with great value for money.

The location was truly perfect – central and everything was right at the door. The air‑conditioning was excellent and the Wi‑Fi surprisingly good, even better than in some 5‑star hotels. Everything needed was practically at my feet. The only thing that bothered me was that some guests staying in the hotel were very loud on the stairs late at night, showing little consideration for others who were already in bed at 23:00 or 00:00. Because the hotel is right in the city and near the Egyptian Bazaar, you can’t expect complete silence outside. I had occasional trouble sleeping when it was louder outside, but that was fine for me and expected given the central location. Overall, the noise inside the hotel was the only negative point for me.

The hotel sits close to Grand Bazar, which is convenient. However, the mattress collapsed and the beds need replacing. The bathroom had no water pressure, and the room required maintenance. The safe was broken, the toilet seat was hanging off, and the lights flickered all day and night, making the room very dark.

The location was excellent, allowing us to visit almost everything we wanted on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though they didn’t understand us very well in English.
