The only thing that stood out was the team’s service. The price was too high for what was offered; I booked a standard apartment, the facilities were in poor condition and looked awful. I asked for an upgrade while the hotel was empty, the staff quoted a price but the supervisor would only accept cash; if I paid by card (to avoid VAT) she wouldn’t. I felt extorted because she asked if we were foreigners. Breakfast was poor, the hotel old, and the price extremely high for what was provided. I don’t recommend it to anyone. Another issue: the air‑conditioning was misconfigured and nobody was available to fix it, so I had to set it up myself using a YouTube tutorial.
A wonderful hotel right on the Uruguay River – very comfortable and yet in the middle of nature. Although we unfortunately caught rainy days and couldn’t visit the Moconá waterfalls, the stay remains memorable thanks to the incredible warmth and huge commitment of the whole team. The homemade cuisine, walks through the rainforest, the trip recommendations, and constant willingness to help made the stay truly special. A very special experience! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience the authentic hospitality of Misiones. Thank you! Everything was wonderful!

The riverside location is unbeatable, the garden is lovely, the place is central, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent.
