The communication with the host was good, and getting into the apartment was simple. The studio with a balcony is spacious and bright, and the furniture in the living room and kitchen is quite decent. However, our experience was ruined by very poor hygiene and the wear of certain parts of the studio. It was extremely dirty, with dust, flies, and spider webs on the walls and ceilings. The toaster and the kitchen radiator were greasy, and the kitchen chairs were stripped and worn. The TV remote was also greasy and defective, and the TV could not be turned off. The windows were hard to open because they fell out of place. The faucet in the bathroom was weak, and there was no hand soap. The photos make the studio look newer and tidier than it really is. Serious cleaning and renovation of some areas are needed before it can be rented again.

Parking inside the building does not exist; the only option nearby is illegal street parking. The whole place had a very unpleasant sewage smell, and even filling the drains with water didn’t help. There was no hand soap in any form, nor a sponge for washing dishes, and no ashtray on the balcony.

“Nažalost zbog smrada i nehigijene pojedinca nam je iskustvo boravka bilo loše.”

The room was fine. Because of an irresponsible and rude person who was in the room, we had a ruined evening; he soiled the toilet with feces that the whole place smelled and we couldn’t shower because of the odor.
