How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

Very central location, large room, kettle available. The bathroom floor was dirty, and the skylight was hard to reach because it is very high.

“Ohne jeglichen Komfort”

I liked the central spot right in the old town, and the room and bathroom were tidy and of a decent size. But the staff couldn't explain how the TV worked, and after a failed attempt nobody bothered me again. My room never got cleaned during my stay, the trash bin was full, and the little coffee bar was refilled once when I asked but then stopped. Because no one was reachable, I had to buy instant coffee myself. There was no way to hang clothes—no wardrobe or even hooks. The front‑desk man was neither friendly nor helpful, seemed grumpy, and then disappeared.

The location was perfect for a short trip, but because it’s a small building there is no elevator.

“Die Lage ist Top. Die Ausstatung eigentlich auch, wenn gründlicher geputzt worden wäre.”

The room was spacious, the shower was well equipped, and the toilet and shower were separated. Unfortunately I found the previous guest’s underwear on the side of the bed, and there were several cobwebs, especially around the windows. The hair dryer was sticky and underpowered, and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned for a while. In the morning there was no staff on site to address this. It would have been nice to have a luggage storage so I could explore the city without a suitcase on the day of departure.
