A nice hotel with helpful staff! We had booked a handicap‑friendly room but it wasn’t available, so they upgraded us to a large room and let us use the toilet and shower in the gym, which was roomy and partially adapted. It worked out well thanks to their willingness to help.

Very quiet location and close to the fair. Everything else was fine, just a few small issues. We missed a shoe rack and there was no proactive notice at check‑in that the spa/fitness area was under maintenance and unusable. The elevator sign was appropriate. The breakfast differed from Melia Hamburg’s; we expected a similar quality because of the chain, but in Düsseldorf it was somewhat less varied.

The location is perfect for me, and the minibar is included in the price. The pillows have a slightly musty smell.
