The building and gardens were truly gorgeous, and the whole infrastructure was impeccable. Overall, the service was inconsistent: some staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, while others did everything to make us feel uneasy. We had to negotiate and find ways to get things done. I would not return to this hotel. The concierge service was efficient.
