The location was great, but basic hotel services were missing, we had ants in the room, and everything outside could be heard.

Virtually nothing good. The experience was horrible. We had no toilet seat for most of our stay; when we asked the reception five times, the staff looked at us as if we were crazy, said it wasn’t a problem, and asked why we needed a seat. The issue only resolved after we nagged the hotel for two days, and it still took a long time. Second, there were no towels for any of us. We repeatedly asked the reception, who promised an hour delivery, but it consistently delayed until 23:45 PM—well past check‑out time. For a two‑night stay, that’s absurd. The room was tiny and infested with ants crawling over everything. The hotel promised a refund for all the problems, but it never came through and there was no one to talk to. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, even my worst enemy; it’s better to pay a little extra for a decent experience.

Location was good, but everything else was fine.

The best thing is its location; you can walk to Playa Norte and Playa Centro, fun everywhere, and there's a golf cart rental at the front door. The room had almost no ventilation, the window faced a hallway, and being on the ground floor meant no natural light. That was the room we got; I don't know if there's a better one—maybe one facing the street, but it's so noisy that I can't tell.
