I liked the location since I was working near the coast, appreciated the bed comfort and the varied breakfast, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness—when I asked the staff to clean the room, no one came, and the room was already dirty. The bathroom lacked a towel rack, had only two shower soaps without shampoo, no toothpaste, and given the room rate, the absence of an elevator was a drawback.

The location was the best part, and the room offered a great view of Rio Branco. The bathroom was tiny and lacked a hair dryer; the glass door was sticking, didn’t close properly, and the handle’s hardware even came off. Shortly after arrival I found a huge cockroach in my room, which was far from pleasant. Breakfast was served on the top floor, requiring us to climb three flights of stairs.
