The room is decent and the location offers good value, but the shower area is small. The washing machine and dryer were broken, and there were many rules to watch out for. The AC stopped working suddenly, so we had to call the property for help. We weren’t allowed to use the stove, and the common area was always hot with no one permitted to touch the AC panel. On top of that, a non‑staff person kept complaining whenever we used the common area; we only boiled water for cup noodles, left no mess, and sorted the trash, yet he insisted the place was dirty and that we should clean up, claiming he was a cleaner but it was irrelevant to us.
