How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and our room offered a view of the Great Wall. However, the hotel sits beside an entrance to the Great Wall but not the Badaling section, which is a 15‑minute drive away.

The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, and the rooms were spotless. Even the hotel’s pet policy was a plus for us. I didn’t run into any problems.

The room itself blew me away—spacious, nicely decorated, and everything worked perfectly. The staff were equally attentive, which made the whole stay feel smooth. No complaints.

We loved the sleek room that looked out over the wall; it was super comfortable and the design was spot‑on. The staff went above and beyond, and the vegetarian Chinese breakfast was excellent. The entrance to this section of the wall is only a two‑minute walk and far less crowded than the main gates. The only downside is that outside of peak season the village feels almost deserted, but it should be lively when it’s busy.

The location couldn't be better—right in the heart of everything and easy to get around. Everything else was fine, and I didn't notice any issues.
