“TRUFFA: Struttura chiusa da mesi ma continua a incassare!”

I booked a one‑night stay here through a booking site. When I arrived, the hotel was empty, boarded up and abandoned. Asking the local bar for info, the residents confirmed that the property had closed permanently months ago. The worst part is that the hotel never sent a closure notice, it still shows up as active on booking platforms and keeps taking card and debit payments. This is unacceptable and a real scam. I’ve already reported it to the booking site and will file a complaint with the police and Carabinieri.

Closed! We were standing in front of locked doors. According to neighbors, the hotel has been closed for a while! Why is it still listed on Booking?

“Tricesimo centro”

The location is great. The building is charming and characteristic in the town’s historic center. The room is spacious and fairly quiet. The welcome could have been better. The room was heated with a heat pump that blew air over the bed, not adjustable. Heating was present but turned off in several rooms. The windowless bathroom had damp spots, the shower was small and there was no bidet. The parking, located in the inner courtyard, is very tight and inconvenient. Breakfast was mediocre, offering only sweet items, no quality food, no fruit or fresh bread.

Good breakfast, standard, location very good, central. The restaurant is also in the building. Arrival times should be better observed.

The location is central and the building is well maintained. Our room and bathroom were small but clean. Breakfast offers both savory and sweet options, but everything is cold except the pancakes, which need heating, and there’s a toaster. Unfortunately there is no elevator and rooms are only reachable via stairs that lack a wheelchair lift. This should be stated explicitly in the property’s features.
