How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I didn't enjoy anything about the stay. They claimed free wifi was provided, but it only worked in the 1m × 1m reception area; rooms had no signal. There was no restaurant nearby, so you had to walk a kilometre for food. The location was poor.

After an eight‑hour journey I arrived at night and felt unsafe because of the location. The reception staff ignored me while on a phone call, even after I mentioned my booking. I waited five minutes with no assistance and left. I found a safer, more professional property nearby and would not recommend this place.

Nila Inn in Trivandrum is an excellent choice for travelers who want a spacious, budget‑friendly stay in the city centre, especially near Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station. The rooms are significantly larger than typical budget accommodations in the area, and the staff are professional and polite. However, the room cleanliness could be improved with more thorough maintenance.

Nothing positive. It looks exactly like a budget lodge.
