Great price for the value and friendly staff at the onsite restaurant, but the floor plan of the building was a bit of a maze to get around until I figured it all out.

The spot and easy access to the concert venue were perfect, and everything we needed was nearby. We appreciated the 7brew next door, and the beds were super comfy with great air‑conditioning. I didn’t like that we couldn’t stay longer, so next time I’ll book an extra day to unwind.

The hotel’s proximity to the PNC Banks Art Center was great, but the staff felt very unapproachable, the bedding had stains, the fire alarm rang all night, and when we called the front desk we were met with an AI response that didn’t confirm whether there was a fire.
