The only plus was the huge thanks for being able to add one more person to the room. The room differed from the photos shown in the listing. Unfortunately, I had assumed the photos were accurate, which misled me into thinking a kettle would be in the room, and even when I asked for it there was no possibility. The bed had a firm mattress, and there was a noticeable indentation around the back that didn’t improve the quality of sleep. The mini bar turned out to be a mini fridge that didn’t keep things cool enough to preserve anything from spoiling.

The spot’s pretty close to Termini, so that’s the main plus.

“Aceptable”

The place offered good value, but the room for four felt a bit tight. The bathroom was bare, and the soap dispenser was wobbly. It’s right next to Termini.

“Great location and convenient facilities, but the host’s comment was very rude and inappropriate.”

The location of the apartment was very convenient, directly opposite the train station, so public transport could be reached within just a few minutes. We also appreciated having an elevator and air conditioning. When we arrived, we were carrying large backpacks, so we completely understand that the small elevator might have been too crowded for all of us at once. However, the host was willing to take me upstairs but not my friend, saying to her: “Sorry, but you are fat.” We found this comment very disrespectful and inappropriate. The issue was not that we could not all fit into the elevator together, but the way this was communicated. --- We put the “Do not disturb” sign on the door because we did not want anyone entering the room while we were away. When we returned in the evening, the sign was gone and the room had been cleaned anyway. We felt that our request for privacy should have been respected

The spot’s easy to get around from, whether by bus, metro, or train.
